PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS

Can't enter your personal account?

If after entering your username and password, you see the error "Invalid email or password", make sure that you have not pressed the Caps Lock key and that the required keyboard layout is enabled. Please note that some programs (for example, PuntoSwitcher) may automatically switch layouts.


Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot password” button and enter the email address that you provided during registration. In a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to change your password.

If there is no letter, check the spam folder, and then contact us via WhatsApp or info@swimlane.ru

If you have changed the email address that you used during registration, then inform the support service: full name; the email address you provided during registration and the new email address.


My account was hacked. What should I do?

If you suspect that your SWIMLANE account has been hacked:

1. Change the password for the e-mail you use on SWIMLANE. Otherwise, the hacker will be able to get into your account again if he has access to your e-mail.

2. Change your password to SWIMLANE in your Personal Account.

3. Contact us via WhatsApp or info@swimlane.ru

ONLINE FRAUD

Many sites require personal information to work. For example, when you indicate your full name and address when placing an order on the Internet, or e-mail - when subscribing to a newsletter. Unfortunately, hackers can try to use various means in order to obtain this data.

Important! Do not give or pass on your password to anyone (SWIMLANE employees will never ask you for a password).


Fishing

"Fishing" is a way of stealing personal information through emails and messages. For example, letters from cybercriminals who pretend to be bank workers. The purpose of these emails is to trick you into entering your password or card details into a fake form.

Fraudsters can send:

1.Fake emails with the SWIMLANE logo and the sender's address, which is similar to the SWIMLANE address (or the address will be the same, but when you click on the address itself, you will see that in fact the letter came from a fake address);

2. Messages that are similar to messages that you get from a bank about after purchasing on SWIMLANE.


What should I do if I receive a fishing email?

If you receive a suspicious message, do not follow the links in it! Send a screenshot of a suspicious message to us via WhatsApp or info@swimlane.ru.


Fake sites

Fake sites are sites that externally copy a popular site like SWIMLANE. The purpose of these sites is to force you to enter a password.

Do not follow links that were sent to you by strangers. To recognize a fake site, look at its address in the browser bar - it will be different from the official one. For the SWIMLANE website, the official address is https://swimlane.ru.


What if I found a fake site?

If you are on a fake site, do not enter any personal information there. Please, send us links to sites that pretend to be the SWIMLANE site via chat, WhatsApp or info@swimlane.ru.


Phone fraud

Phone fraud is a way of stealing personal data through calls or SMS. For example, calls from cybercriminals on behalf of a bank with a request to provide a card number. The purpose of such fraud is to debit money from your card or force you to enter your password and card details.

Do not provide card details (number, PIN-code, CVV number) to strangers. Nobody should know this information (even bank employees are not allowed to ask for your card details).


What should I do, if I receive phone scammers email?

If you received a suspicious message, do not follow the links in it. If you are not sure that the message is from your bank, can call the bank's support and clarify. The support number is indicated on your card or on the bank's website.

PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT FROM HACKING

Come up with complex passwords

The password must contain at least 8 characters, including numbers, letters and special symbols. Don't use simple combinations like 123456, qwerty, password. Fraudsters often hack accounts by going through the this options of passwords.


Don't use same passwords

It is not secure to use the same passwords for multiple sites, for example, using your email password on other sites. If an attacker hacks into your account on one of the sites, he will be able to gain access to your data on other sites.


Check site url (site adress)

Always check taht the address of the site you are on is the same as https://swimlane.ru. If the SWIMLANE page seems suspicious to you, do not enter your personal data on it. Close the page if the browser displays a message about the transition to a suspicious site.


Install antivirus

Make sure your device is free of viruses. With the help of viruses, cybercriminals can steal your files, block your computer and find out passwords for the sites on which you are registered. Free programs Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool or Dr.Web CureIt! will help you quickly scan your computer and remove viruses. They need to be downloaded again before checking. For permanent protection of your computer, you need to install an antivirus. Free antivirus software: avast !, Avira, AVG, Bitdefender Antivirus, Kaspersky Free, Panda Free Antivirus.
